Regarding Industry Standard Supplier Conduct Principles

GTech Precision Industries (GTech) complies with all Industry Standard Supplier Conduct Principles

Provision 1 – Forced Labor:  GTech hires individuals for voluntary employment only, and does not use forced or prison labor, indentured or bonded labor, or any other form of forced labor.

Provision 2 – Child Labor:  GTech does not use child labor, and verifies age upon employment.

Provision 3 – Wages and Benefits:  GTech complies with all Federal and State Labor Laws.

Provision 4 – Working Hours:  GTech complies with the industry standard guidelines regarding overtime.

Provision 5 – Nondiscrimination:  GTech complies with all Federal and State Labor Laws and does not discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, political affiliation or disability.

Provision 6 – Respect and Dignity:  GTech maintains a good work environment, free from corporal punishment, threats of violence, or any other form of physical coercion or harassment.

Provision 7 – Freedom of Association:  GTech encourages open communication channels and fosters a mutual trust between management and employees. GTech does not unlawfully discriminate in employment decisions against workers because of affiliation with worker groups.

Provision 8 – Health and Safety:  GTech complies with local laws regarding health and safety in the workplace.  GTUSA provides employees with a safe and healthy work environment.

Provision 9 – Protection of the Environment:  GTech complies with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards.

Provision 10 – Laws, Including Regulations and Other Legal Requirements:  GTech complies with all applicable legal requirements including all legal and regulatory changes applicable to the supplier’s business operations.

Provision 11 – Ethical Dealings:  GTech maintains the highest  ethical standards in all business operations and practices including full cooperation with all anti-bribery laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. 

Provision 12 – Communications:  GTech will make available the Supplier Conduct Principles and other relevant information available to employees in the native language(s) of the employees and supervisors.

Provision 13 – Monitoring/Record Keeping:  GTech maintains documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with Supplier Conduct Principles and can respond promptly to reasonable inquiries regarding implementation of the Supplier Conduct Principles.
